By accessing or using dilemma. (“the Service”), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Service
dilemma. presents a daily moral dilemma for voting, prediction, and discussion. Features include voting, aggregate results, predictions, leaderboards, streaks, comments, and shareable results. Some features require a free account.
Accounts
You may create an account using email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Content
By posting comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You are responsible for your content. It must not contain:
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks
- Spam, advertising, or misleading information
- Illegal content or content that violates others' rights
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Manipulate votes through automated means or multiple accounts
- Circumvent rate limits, bot protection, or access restrictions
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Intellectual Property
The dilemma. name, brand, design, and editorial content are our property. You may share dilemma pages using the built-in share features.
AI-Generated Content
Portions of our content — including dilemma questions, social media voiceovers, and comment moderation — may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated audio is clearly produced by AI and does not represent any real individual.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms for authentication, hosting, analytics, and social media publishing. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Dilemmas are for entertainment and reflection only and do not constitute professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. We will update the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
